I am a holistic energy healer working with people to reignite their innate healing ability and take control of their lives, walking with them on a path to wellness.
With the help of various balancing techniques, clients are able to increase their healthy perception of self and move into health and wellness from stress and dis-ease. This gives them the ability to function from a place of freedom and choice with stronger, more nourishing relationships with self and others.
I facilitate moving beyond self-sabotaging behaviours, limiting beliefs and negative behaviour patterns, providing tools which enable personal and professional growth.

A highly-skilled and trained Kinesiologist, Amanda has a passion for healthy living, empowering clients and balancing the body on every level - physical, chemical and emotional. By removing stress from the body, balance and wellness can be achieved.
Her greatest love is teaching her clients the importance of self-love and self-care, a much forgotten part of life when things get busy, and often the first thing to go when things get stressful. She provides her clients with the tools to make sure they are living self-full lives with nourishing relationships, connections and balance. When clients are operating from a self-fulfilling place where they have filled their own cup with love, acceptance and compassion, everything around them improves.
Working as a Kinesiologist, Amanda facilitates the recognition of self-sabotaging behaviours, limiting beliefs and negative behaviour patterns within clients, and identifies new ways of being which can then emerge creating long-term expansion, growth and change in every facet of their life.
She has a very keen interest in women’s health issues, especially regarding how women can more healthily manage transitional periods within their lives – becoming a mother, when the children leave home, during menopause and other milestones – which often alter our lives and roles so drastically and with a great deal of surrounding stress responses.
Through the process of becoming a Kinesiologist, Amanda has dedicated her life to continually learning about holistic health and related topics, uncovering her own limiting beliefs and negative behaviour patterns, and continuing her own personal growth and expansion. Self-discovery has allowed her to be able to understand the process of transformation and to empathise with her clients from the point of view of both practitioner and client.
Amanda is fascinated with the mix of spirituality and messy humanness within the world we live and is expanding her knowledge about how we can better find balance and acceptance within ourselves so that we may shine our light as brightly as possible. By discovering and shining our light, we give other people the permission to shine theirs.
